Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty ASA grade 1 and 2 patients posted for lower abdominal surgery from routine list of gynecology and General surgery Weight-40-70Kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal -Chronic analgesic therapy -Sensitivity to study drugs -Weight less than 40Kg or more than 80 Kg -ASA 3 & 4 -Contraindications to SA- Coagulopathy, gross spinal deformity, peripheral neuropathy.
