Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Acute Bronchial Asthma in age group of 3 to 12 years age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients of Pneumonia 2) Presence of Congenital Heart Disease 3) Patients with suspected foreign body aspiration 4) Very sick patients with co morbid conditions as Seizures, Shock, Congestive HHeart Failure

1) Improvement in Respiratory rate, Asthma Score, Oxygen saturation 2) Admission rateTimepoint: At the time of enrollment and half an hour after 3rd nebulisation

Appearance of side effects as Tachycardia, tremors, nausea, headacheTimepoint: After 3 nebulisations
