Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with clinically and radiologically confirmed diagnosis of Cervical Spondylosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic spinal cord injuries Cervical instability Severe & highly irritable pain presentations History of cervical malignancies / infections / polyarthritis. History of Myelopathy (bladder and bowel involvement). History of vertebro-basilar insufficiency. Inability to comply with methodology

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Repositioning errors (constant error) will be measured with CROM device. Timepoint: 3 points. 1-pre intervention 2-1 week post intervention 3-6 weeks post intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
2.Disability will be measured with NDI (Neck Disability Index) 3.Pain will be measured with VAS (visual Analog Scale) 4. Postural sway (degree) using posturography Timepoint: 3 points: pre intervention, 1 week post intervention and 6 weeks post intervention
