Intervention1: training package 2: we will give the self instruction manual for the caregivers of operated neurosurgery patients along with one to one training to the caregivers will be done by the PI

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Those neurosurgery patients greater who get operated in PGIMER during the reference period ?Whose caregivers are literates (able to read the manual). ?Traceable and consent giving cases(in OPD/at home)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients whose Katz index(ADL) Score equal to six are excluded since they do not need this intervention. ?For RCT and other purposes cases from outside Tricity (Chandigarh/ Mohali/ Panchkula) will be excluded.
