Health Condition 1: null- Diabetic Polyneuropathy

Interventions

Intervention1: Tab. Dashamooladi Rasayana Compound: 3 tablets of 500mg twice daily
8 weeks Control Intervention1: Cap. Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin: One capsule containing 75mg of Pregabalin and 750 mcg of Methylcobalamin

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Metabolically stable type II diabetic patients with symptomatic diabetic sensorimotor polyneuropathy (DSPN) of either sex between the age group of 35-70 years with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are insulin dependent. Patients with other metabolic and endocrinal disorders. Patients with other causes of Polyneuropathy. Patients suffering from infectious diseases. Patients with non healing ulcer/ulcers. Patients with Diabetic Polyneuropathy in stage N3
