Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must have episode of mild/moderate depressive disorder for at least 2 weeks either current or previously as diagnosed by DSM-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases of Major Depression: They are unlikely to comply with the prescription of yoga therapy.
