Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients(More than or equal to 18 years of age) who are resident of Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh Mohali & Panchkula) admitted during study period in emergency and general Orthopedic wards of PGIMER
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All ambulatory cases those who could get out off the bed without assistance or those who could walk without assistance Patient with stage II,Î?Î?Î? and stage Î?V pressure ulcer under NPUAP,2007. All patients and care givers who do not give consent for the study Any eligible patient who is not a resident of Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh Mohali & Panchkula)
