Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy adults between 20 and 24 years of age with healthy periodontium (no sites with 2mm of probing depth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, on antibiotics, on antiinflammatory drugs.
