Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Worker in a quarry with at least 30 workers 2. Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Already using spectacles for refractive error or presbyopia 2. Unable to attend first two follow up visits 3. Joined quarry after study commenced
