Control Intervention1: height of uterus of singleton pregnant women is seen and it is compared with the standard nomogram: height of uterus of singleton pregnant women is seen various gestational age

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all pregnant women are seen for their height of uterus at various gestational age and it is compared with the standard normogram

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: all pregnant women with any of complication like multiple pregnancy,medical disease or surgical diease

MeasureTime frame
antenatal clients symphsio-fundal height(SFH) of uterus is recorded at a gestational age is compared with the standard SFH at same gestational age.Each clients are examined atleast two different gestational age.Timepoint: from 12 week clients are examined every four week to 28 week ,every two weekly till 36 week and weekly till delivery

maternal or fetal complications,Timepoint: duration of 1st stage of labour and duration of second stage labour
