Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:  Patients with SICH presenting within 72 hours from the onset of the acute symptoms would be included  Age > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Intraventricular extension ? Infratentorial location ? h/o anticoagulation ? bleeding disorders ? hemorrhage related to intracranial neoplasm ? presence of AV malformations ? Critically ill at admission ? Presence of end organ damage ( CCF, respiratory failure and others)
