Inclusion criteria: * Primigravida mothers * 19 to 29 years of age * Singleton pregnancy * Less than 20 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Mothers with significant co-existing medical diseases * Severe to profound hearing loss
