Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II patients Elective intraocular surgery under local anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History Bronchial asthma, Renal impairment History of coronary artery disease Patients taking Calcium channel blockers Intraocular pressure more than 24mm hg preoperatively
