Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unresectable /inoperable buccal mucosa cancer. 2.Histologic confirmation of squamous cell carcinoma. 3.Stage IV tumors (T4b/N0-3 disease) 4.Patient willing and reliable for follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.KPS<70 2.Age>70 years 3.Life expectancy <6 mths 4.Gross involvement of bone 5.Prior radiotherapy to head and neck region 6.Any other malignancyin any other site (except non squamous skin cancers) 7.Severe co-morbid conditions (severe cardiac disorder, severe bronchial asthama, psychological disorder)
