Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30 - 65 years 2. ASA Physical Status 1 or 2 3. Weight 45 to 85 kg 4. Scheduled for elective abdominal hysterectomy under general anaesthesia with lower abdominal incision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Major psychiatric disorders 2. Known hypersensitivity to gabapentin/alprazolam/morphine 3. Hepatic or Renal disorders 4. BMI > 35kg/m2 5. Drug or alcohol abuse 6. Chronic pain syndrome 7. Patients already on analgesic therapy 8. Inability to understand preoperative instructions regarding the use of PCA (Patient Controlled Analgesia) And Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)
