Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients stable on medical therapy Group I: Pulmonary hypertension, Group IV: chronic thromboembolic PH, Group V: PH with multifactorial mechanisms Age 18-50yrs WHO functional class II-IV ECHO findings: o Tricuspid regurgitant velocity > 3.4m/s, o RA, RV and PA enlargement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute myocardial infarction Acute pulmonary embolism Unstable arrhythmia Severe PAH Acute renal failure Acute heart failure (WHO group II) Acute exacerbations of respiratory disease (WHO group III) Severe neurological or orthopaedic problems
