Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ADULT MALES OR FEMALES UNDERGOING SIMULTANEOUS BILATERAL TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having prior scar around the knee 2. having peripheral neuropathy 3. peripheral vascular diseases.
