Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age 18-60 years 2. BMI >35 kg/m2 3. Posted for elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mouth opening < 2.5 cm 2. Any obvious difficult airway 3. More than one episode of gastro-esophageal reflux per week will be excluded.
