Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Traumatic paraplegia/ quadriplegia for more than six months old injury. ? No other associated primary disorder such as pulmonary hypertension. ? No associated hematological/ infectious diseases. Exclusion Criteria:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Previous spine surgery. ? Alcohol/ drug abuse. ? Short life expectancy due to cancer/ terminal illness which influence the patient. ? Mental disorders. ? Possibility of non-compliance with the protocol. ? No informed consent.

? Improvement in American spinal injuries association (ASIA) score and Frenkel?s grading.Timepoint: 12 months	—

? Safety ? Improvement in sensory and motor function. ?
