Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of patient ≤ 70 years. b) Good performance status (ECOG 0, 1, 2) c) Patients with a diagnosis of i. Resectable periampullary carcinoma, duodenal tumor and small carcinoma of the head of pancreas ii. Neuroendocrine and others tumors in head of pancreas requiring pancreaticoduodenectomy iii. Chronic pancreatitis with suspicious mass in head of pancreas d) Patients who have given their informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Metastatic disease b. Patient unwilling to consent for the study c. Pancreatic duct diameter <2 mm
