Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with acute coronary syndrome (acute myocardial infarction or recent myocardial infarction with post MI angina or unstable angina - with in 15 days of event) admitted to hospital who are under going Percutaneous intervention are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thrombocytopenia or any other hematological abnormality. 2. Patient in cardiogenic shock. 3. Patients who refuses for tacrolimus eluting Carbostent.
