Intervention1: Dalteparin: 120 Units Per Kg Body Weight Per Dose,Twice Daily , For 3 Days Control Intervention1: Heparine: 100 units/kg body weight/dose for every sixth hourly for 3 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients above 60 years admitted with unstable angina or non STMI admitted to cardaic care unit who does not have contraindications to anti coagulations or patients above 60 years who are has under gone PCI with bivalrudin periprocedurally requiring anti coagulation after procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who have underlying coagulation disorders,ulcer disease,maliganancy,recent surgery ,recent cerebrovascular event less than 3 months or active bleeding
