Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pediatric patients up to 6 years age, posted for thoracic and upper abdominal surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: any coagulopathy, anatomical abnormality of lumbar spine, pre-existing sensory-motor deficit
