Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients of either gender aged between 18-65yrs scheduled for elective surgery with anticipated duration 2. ASA physical status 1 and 2 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are at risk of regurgitation and aspiration 2. Surgeries where use of LMA would be inappropriate 3. Body mass index >35kg/m2 4. Mouth opening < 2.5cm 5. Limitation in neck movements 6. History of recent upper respiratory tract infection.
