Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal term and border line term infants born through MSAF over a period of next one and half years i.e. from July 2008- December 2009 will be enrolled under the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. APGAR score at 5 minute is <3. 2. Obvious major congenital abnormalities 3..Hemodynamic instability, respiratory distress requiring admission in Neonatal intensive care unit.
