Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stable CAPD/CCPD patients of either gender on therapy for a minimum period of three months 2. Age between 18 yrs to 60 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers 2. Recent episode of peritonitis (within 6 weeks of study) 3. Should not be on antioxidants in 2 months before the study enrolment 4. Presence of malignancy, autoimmune disease or chronic liver disease, active infection 5. Known hypersensitivity to NAC/GTN
