Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I or II Age 18-60 years Controlled diabetic patients of > 3 years duration;HbA1C >8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI>28 Any neuromusular disease Pregnancy Predicted difficult airway with laryngoscopic tome > 15 secs History of liver or renal disease History of alcohol or drug abuseHistory of gastric esophageal reflux disease High blood pressure or the use of beta blocking agent Hypersensitivity to any of the frugs to be used
