Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult heatlhy male and female, 18 to 45 years with no history of chronic illness and non-smokers and not on any medications metabolised by CYP4502D6 and normal on physical examination who are willing to give informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of git, renal, liver, cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine diseases. unwilling to comply protocol requirements. Dextromethorphan use in last 7 days.
