Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both genders who have not participate in a structured exercise program regularly Plasma CRP value >1mg/L and <10mg/L Aged between 18 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current illness associated with systemic inflammatory response History of hypertension and diabetes Evidence of cardiovascular disease on physical examination, electrocardiography, treadmill exercise testing Cardiovascular medications (including aspirin) / NSAIDs / steroids/ statins/ niacin Any other pulmonary and neuromusculoskeletal impairment that contraindicates exercise Acute illness during the period of study
