Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with history of new onset seizures less than 2 weeks duration with neuroimaging showing ring lesion of solitary cysticercus granuloma as defined by Rajshekhar et al

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lesions not fulfilling diagnostic criteria of solitary cysticercus granuloma on neuroimaging 2. Immunocompromised or patients receiving steroid
