Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy adult men between the age group of 20 to 40 years 2. serum vitamin b12 levels less than 148 pmol/L 3. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension,tuberculosis, malignancy, chronic renal failure 2. Alcohol intake greater than 2STD 3. Any form of anemia and neuropathy
