Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Patient of either sex of age 18-60 years. b) Patient diagnosed with neurological & joint disorder or skin & liver diseases. c) Requires treatment with Siddh makardhwaja and Arogyavardhini vati for a period of 4 weeks or more. d) Patient able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Medical history of unstable angina, myocardial infarction, heart failure or stroke within 3 months of the study b) Uncontrolled hypertension (diastolic blood pressure >100 mm Hg) c) Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. d) ALT and AST > 2 x upper limit of normal ( 40mg/dl) e) Impaired renal function (creatinine ≥2.0 mg/dl) f) Pregnancy/Lactation g) Patients on any ayurvedic drugs during the last 15 days.
