Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly males and females greater than 60 years of age with subclinical Vitamin B12 deficiency ( < 148 pmol/L) on whom cognitive tests, heart rate varaibility and nerve conduction performed as part of an observational study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of coronary heart disease, stroke, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus
