Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age equal to or more than 21 years. Type 2 diabetes Duration of diabetes from detection to 10 years Present treatment on lifestyle modification, and drugs whether oral or insulin Glycated haemoglobin levels between 6-9 Agree for regular followup

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled hypertension glaucoma Schizophrenia bipolar depression Poor diabetes control(Hba1c more than 9) pregnancy type 1 diabetes.
