Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with cortical and subcortical intrinsic brain tumors needing surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Extradural lesions where the need for localisation is not essential . 2.Patients willing /able to participate in the study and required follow up.
