Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will include all cases of partially accommodative and non-accommodative esotropia (essential infantile esotropia) qualifying for bilateral bimedial rectus recession and cases of exotropia (alternating exotropia and intermittent exotropia) requiring bilateral lateral rectus recession surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude patients who are unable to cooperate due to neurological disorders, systemic diseases ocular inflammatory conditions, under gone previous ocular surgeries ,hormonal imbalances, and those who have an allergic diathesis.
