Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion- Type 2 diabetes(fasting glucose>126mg/dl, duration 1-3 years, interest and some experience of doing yogic exercises(at least 6 months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion-Joint-disorder, diabetic retinopathy, associated severe hypertension, IHD.

Change in Fasting serum insulin -increase, decrease, no change, at 12 weeks.Timepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in glycemic parameters (blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin) and anthropometric measurements, at 12 weeks.Timepoint: 12 weeks
