Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients undergoing fistula in ano surgery in day care 2)patients with general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patients undergoing spinal anesthesia 2)patients admitted as in-patients for fistula surgery 3)pregnant women 4)patients with peptic ulcer disease 5) creatinine >2 mg/dl 6)all cotraindications to diclofenac
