Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a)Best-corrected distance visual acuity less than 6/18 to perception of light (b) Between 8 and 80 years of age at baseline assessment (c)Permanent resident of study area (at least 6 months) (d)Provides consent (e) Only visual disability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Does not meet criteria for visual impairment b)Aged younger than 8 years or older than 80 years of age c)Additional disability d)Mental illness or dementia (unable to understand the instructions)e) Unable to comprehend Telugu
