Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Rh negative primigravida and unsensitised multigravida who are willing to participate in the study. Indirect Agglutination Test negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All Rh negative mothers with Rh negative husbands. Indirect Agglutination Test positive
