Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?All patients willing for study. ?No previous radiotherapy/ chemotherapy ?Clean surgeries (no transgression of potentially infected corridors {oral etc} or pre- existing infected areas)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Clean contaminated transgression of potentially infected corridors {oral etc} and dirty (infected) cases
