Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Long distance runners 2. Answer ?No? to all questions of PAR-Q 3. Age: 16-27 yrs 4. BMI: 18.5-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anemic athletes 2. Answer ?Yes? to any one question of PAR-Q 3. Athletes under regular iron supplementation
