Intervention1: Myofascial Release Techniques: Myofascial Release Techniques- Gross (Head pull, Hair pull, Ear pull each 30 secs) and focused techniques (ischemic compression 1 min and stretches 5 min)
Tongue-Up, Teeth Apart, Breathe and Swallow&quot
Exercises (5 mins), Active jaw muscle exercises with tongue-up position (5 mins).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Localized Pain on palpation of jaw muscles Diffuse pain reproduced to head or face Pain on resisted contraction of the jaw Passive range of jaw opening is greater than active painfree range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse participation Patients who cannot understand instructions Patients who had history of trauma, surgery or infective or inflammatory joint disorders of Temporomandibular joint
