Conditions

Reactive aggression

Brief summary

Within-subject assessment of aggressivity during various provocative virtual reality scenarios, comparing propranolol doses to placebo. Aggressivity will be measured using: Researcher-observed: Social Dysfunction and Aggression Scale (SDAS-9) and Self-reported state anger: Spielberger Anger Expression Scale (AEX)

Detailed description

Within-subject comparison of mood states using the Profile of Moods State (POMS-SF) questionnaire., Within-subject correlation analysis between primary objective endpoints and biomarkers attributed to propranolol (blood pressure, heart rate)., Within-subject comparison of the aggression Neuropsychological Assessment battery (AgNA), which is composed of various questionnaires, behavioral tasks, pupillometry and electrophysiology (EEG)
