Brief summary

The purpose of this randomized control trial is to determine a manual therapy intervention (Osteopathic Positional Release) for the reduction of knee pain and improvement in overall knee function and lower extremity function in an osteoarthritic elderly person.

Interventions

Participants in the experimental group will receive osteopathic positional release therapy and popliteal muscle stretching in a face-to-face clinical setting. The intervention will be delivered by physiotherapy students under senior physiotherapist supervision. Treatment will be provided for 4 weeks, 3 sessions per week (12 sessions total), with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes. Conservative treatment will also be provided, including patient education and routine therapeutic exercis
