Brief summary

This trial aims to assess the feasibility of delivering a once-off co-designed online learning module to promote and support healthy sleep practices among graduate nurses and midwives.

Interventions

A once-off, self-paced, self-directed online eLearning module that was developed specifically for this study. The module takes approximately 2 hours to complete and contains text, videos and interactive activities (e.g. multiple-choice questions, flip-card and card-sorting activities) arranged into six sections: 1) Welcome; 2) Fundamentals of sleep; 3) Sleep rhythms; 4) Strategies; 5) Resources; 6) Evaluations

Inclusion criteria

Graduate nurses and midwives enrolled in a Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP) and educators who support them.

Exclusion criteria

Nursing and midwifery staff who are not enrolled in a TPPP and nursing/midwifery educators who do not interact with or support graduate nurses and/or midwives. Staff who are not nurses or midwives.
