Brief summary
Primary purpose of the study is to compare efficacy of modified 3-in-1 block (femoral, lateral femoral cutaneous and obturator nerve) to pericapsular hip nerve group block (PENG block and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block) on postoperative pain score in patients after total hip arthroplasty. We hypothesize that modified 3-in-1 block will provide longer duration of analgesia in comparison to control group (PENG block) while using smaller cumulative amount of anesthetic.
