Interventions

In this study, elite and non-elite judo athletes will be administered two measurements, red beet juice and placebo, one week apart. Inclusion criteria

Elite judoka must have the blackest black belt and have at least 5 years of experience. Non-elite judoka must have at least 3 years of experience. Both groups of athletes must not have a chronic disease. Athletes of both groups must not smoke, drink alcohol or use any narcotic substances. Both groups of athletes should not consume drugs.
