Brief summary

This trial is to test the nutritional benefits of taking Olive leaf extract which is a strong antioxidant. There have been several trials with this extract demonstrating its potential to benefit health. This study aims to understand how the bioactive polyphenols in this extract work.

Interventions

It is an Olive Leaf Extract, made by Comvita Ltd. Currently on the market. 10ml twice a day 8 weeks taken oral- in a liquid, given a measuring spoon bottles of Olive Leaf extract returned at end to measure how much was taken
