Brief summary
The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of music therapy on pain, level of depressive symptoms and quality of life among community-dwelling frail older adults. It is expected that pain could be reduced and depression levels and quality of life could be enhanced among older adults.

Inclusion criteria
- scored at least one in the frailty index - scored >6 in the Abbreviated Mental Test - non-malignant physical pain for more than 3 months - scored >3 in the GDS-15 - able to hear music
Exclusion criteria
- patients with cognitive impairment - history of mental disorders - patients with cancer and currently on cancer treatment
